Community Carer.

As a community carer, you’re the front-line of our organisation. Your role is to provide care and support to our clients and be the face of the company when dealing with the general public.

Care Coach.

Community care coaches are advanced frontline workers for Seren. You will provide care and support to our clients and shadow new team members as a mentor. Our care coaches will support, motivate and help team members develop their skills.

Field Care Supervisor.

Field care supervisors are lead carers for the areas they work in. Our field care supervisors have dual roles. As well as providing care in the community, they will provide support to office teams, review care packages, provide pastoral care, and do employee reviews.

Review Officer.

A review officer will be based in both the office and the community. This role involves setting up and maintenance of service user care plans, supporting new staff and much more.

Registered Care Manager.

Our registered care managers work from our offices. This role means you will be responsible for a specific area as well as undertaking operational management responsibilities.

Head of Service.

If you work for us in head of service, you’ll be based in our offices and responsible for the operational management of the business care service.
